General Sales Terms and Conditions 

These Terms govern the sale of Amizero Pictures' services to its Clients. By doing business with Amizero Pictures, the Client agrees to these Terms.

1. Services Provided:

   1.1 Amizero Pictures shall provide the services described in the agreed-upon proposal, contract, or quotation.

   1.2 Any modifications to the services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

2. Pricing and Payment:

   2.1 The pricing for services shall be as outlined in the proposal, contract, or quotation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

   2.2 Payment terms shall be specified in the proposal, contract, or quotation. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a deposit may be required before services commence, with the balance due upon completion.

   2.3 Late payments may be subject to interest charges or additional fees as outlined in the proposal, contract, or quotation.

   2.4 If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, My Company reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

   3.1 Cancellation or rescheduling of services must be communicated to Amizero Pictures in writing at least 30 days before the scheduled date.

   3.2 Depending on the circumstances, cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply, as outlined in the proposal, contract, or quotation.

 4. Intellectual Property:

   4.1 Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Amizero Pictures retains all rights to the intellectual property created while providing services, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and other creative works.

   4.2 Clients may be granted a license to use the intellectual property for specified purposes, as outlined in the proposal, contract, or quotation.

 

5. Client Cooperation:

   5.1 The Client agrees to cooperate with Amizero Pictures to facilitate services, including providing necessary information, location access, and timely feedback.

   5.2 Delays caused by the Client may result in additional fees or adjustments to the project timeline, as outlined in the proposal, contract, or quotation.

 

6. Confidentiality:

   6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship.

   6.2 This confidentiality provision shall survive the termination of the business relationship between the parties.

 

7. Limitation of Liability:

   7.1 Amizero Pictures shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the provision of services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.

   7.2 Amizero Pictures' total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services provided.

 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Burundi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

   8.2 Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Burundi.

9. Amendments:

   9.1 These Terms may be amended or modified only by written agreement signed by both parties.

10. Entire Agreement:

   10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.

 By engaging in business with Amizero Pictures, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
